     This week started being so cold with temperatures colder than Antarctica the radio said, on some days in the negative. All I could think about was wearing a heavy winter coat to keep me warm and snow boots to keep my feet from getting frostbite. At times, I was covered from head to toe. I don’t remember the last time it being so cold. I’m hoping the temperature rises soon. It’s a big adjustment, but I’m learning how to stay warm. Even though it’s cold out I do feel like going about running around in my normal schedule. It’s too difficult just to stay home and do nothing. Taking it all in day by day. I hope everyone is staying safe and warm.
